Whistler Stoney Creek Resort Properties - Policies
Check-In Procedure
- For your convenience check-in is at the unit. Simply call one of our check-in numbers when you arrive in Whistler.
Check-In Time
- After 4:00 p.m. Please advise us of your anticipated arrival time so that we can arrange to meet you.
Check-Out Time
- 10:00 a.m. Late check-out must be pre-arranged. Late check-out fees may apply.
Housekeeping
- All properties are self catering with a supply of linens, towels, toiletries, fully equipped kitchens with a few basic food items (coffee). Kitchens are to be maintained by the guest. Full housekeeping service is provided every 7 days which includes sheet and towel changes, vacuuming and garbage removal. Our units all have a washer and dryer. Full cleaning and laundry service is provided at the end of your stay. Additional housekeeping services are available at extra cost, if desired.
Telephone Calls
- Local calls are free. All long distance calls require a telephone calling card.
Parking
- Is free, underground, and secured.
Reservation Policy
- One night stay is processed on date of reservation. Balance of Reservation Funds are processed 45 days prior to arrival date. Reservations are for specific privately owned units, however SCRP reserves the right to move a guest to a comparable unit. Confirmed reservations are subject to payment in full. $25.00 per person extra over base rate. No extra charge for children 15 years of age and under. Rates are in Canadian funds and subject to 10 + 6% tax. Minium age for check-in is 25 years.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to arrival date are not accepted. We will however attempt to re-sell the nights to lessen your loss. Your initial one night deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations received more than 45 days prior to arrival date are subject to a $100.00 Cancellation Fee. A credit will be processed for the balance of the deposit. Security Deposit
- As all accommodations are privately owned, a security deposit is required. A signed, valid credit card voucher will be required at registration.
Customer Discretion
- Please keep in mind that you are renting someone’s home. Reservations are for a set number of guests. Stoney Creek Resort Properties must be notified of any increase in the size of your party, which is not to exceed the maximum set by the owner. Stoney Creek Resort Properties reserves the right to interrupt or refuse service to any customer.
Key Dropoff
- Please return the keys after your stay. There will be a $100 locksmith fee for non-returned keys.
